After your application has been submitted to Kirana Colleges, and if your application is successful, you’ll be offered a place in your chosen course.
We will send a Letter of Offer either directly to you or your education agent if they have applied on your behalf. This letter will contain all the information you need about the next steps in the enrolment process and an invoice for your first payment of tuition fees.
After you accept your Letter of Offer, you’ll need to pay the stated fees for your tuition. You can pay us directly, or pay through your education agent.
You’ll also need to sign the Student Agreement and pay for your Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). We can’t confirm your enrolment until your you’ve paid for your OSHC.
After we receive your tuition payment, the signed Offer of Acceptance and evidence of your OSHC, we’ll then send you an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Once you have your CoE, you can then apply for your student visa.

We have a Campus Support Officer at our Chermside and Sydney Olympic Park campuses who help and support our international students with a range of services.
Kirana Colleges student support service – 1800 0 STUDY
We have a dedicated Kirana Colleges Student Support service for current students. If you have a question about courses, costs, campus locations and facilities, entry requirements, directions, recognition of prior learning, or about anything else relating to studying at Kirana Colleges, we can help you. International student counselling service
We care about the health and welfare of all our students. As an international student at Kirana Colleges, you will have access to free and confidential counselling services to help with your mental health and well-being. This service includes access to a counselling hotline, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also offer three, free counselling sessions either in person or via Skype.
