How our payment options work

We understand that course fees are an important factor when deciding to study. Our payment options are designed to give you control, flexibility, and peace of mind.

1. How do I start a Certificate course for as little as $31/week?

Our payment plans start from:

  • $31/week for Certificate courses*
  • $48/week for Diploma courses*

2. Can I pay in stages?

Yes! Choose the frequency that works best for you:

  • Weekly or
  • Fortnightly instalments
3. Is there any interest on your payment plans?

No – our payment plans are 100% interest-free. That means no surprises or added costs.

4. What do your course fees cover?

When you enrol, your course fees include:

  • Course administration and application
  • Online learning materials and assessments
  • Access to Kirana Colleges’ learning portal
  • Training and assessment services (up to 2 assessment resubmissions)
  • Ongoing student support
  • Issuing of a certificate or Statement of Attainment*

*Subject to satisfactory completion of course requirements and full payment of fees.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to make paying for your course as easy as possible:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
    Transfer payments directly from your bank account to ours. Quick and easy for one-time payments.

  • Direct Debit (Payment Plan)
    Set up automatic, recurring payments for your course fees. Choose between weekly or fortnightly instalments.

  • Credit Card
    Pay securely using your Visa or Mastercard credit card. One-time payments are accepted.

6. Can I get Centrelink payments while studying at Kirana Colleges?

Some Kirana Colleges courses are approved for student payments through Services Australia (Centrelink).

Eligible students may be able to access payments such as Youth Allowance, Austudy, or ABSTUDY while studying.

 

Important:

  • Eligibility is determined by Services Australia, not Kirana Colleges.
  • Students must confirm directly with Services Australia whether they qualify for any payments.
  • Kirana Colleges has no control over the outcome of any payment application.
