Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

Kirana Colleges is committed to delivering high-quality education that supports workforce participation and helps address skill shortages across key Australian industries. The Study Buddy Program is designed to encourage peer-based, collaborative learning by rewarding eligible students who refer new students to Kirana Colleges.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all current students, graduates, staff, and referred individuals participating in the Kirana Colleges Study Buddy Program.

3. Promotion Overview

The Kirana Colleges Study Buddy Program (“Promotion”) allows eligible students (“Referrers”) to receive a $100 Visa Gift Card for each successful referral (“Referred Student”), subject to meeting all eligibility and participation requirements outlined below.

There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals a Referrer may submit.

4. Referrer Eligibility

To participate as a Referrer, you must:

• Be a currently enrolled student or a graduate of Kirana Colleges

• Submit the referral via the official Study Buddy referral form or through a Kirana Colleges Course and Careers Advisor (CCA)

• Confirm that you have obtained the consent of the referred individual prior to submitting their details

• By submitting a referral, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Eligible Referrals

For a referral to be considered eligible, the Referred Student must:

• Not be an existing or previously enrolled Kirana Colleges student

• Be 17 years of age or older

• Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa

• Enrol in an eligible online Kirana Colleges course

• Mention the Referrer’s name during the enrolment process

• Remain actively enrolled for six (6) weeks from course commencement

• Have paid their deposit and remain up to date with all payments in line with their payment plan

6. Referral Process

1. The Referrer submits a referral via the Study Buddy form or through a CCA.

2. Kirana Colleges contacts the Referred Student via phone, SMS, or email.

3. The Referred Student confirms how they heard about Kirana Colleges.

4. Eligibility is assessed after six (6) weeks of active enrolment.

5. Kirana Colleges accepts no responsibility for referrals not received due to technical issues, errors, or delays.

7. Reward Issuance

• Once all eligibility criteria are met, the Referrer will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card

• The Gift Card will be issued via email within four (4) weeks of eligibility confirmation

• The gift is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash

• Kirana Colleges reserves the right to substitute the gift with an alternative of equal value if required.

8. Promotion Conditions

• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Kirana Colleges promotion or incentive

• Kirana Colleges may suspend, vary, or discontinue the Promotion at its discretion

• All decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance are final

9. Privacy and Consent

Kirana Colleges collects personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion. This information may be disclosed to third parties such as gift providers or regulatory bodies where required.

By participating:

• You consent to the use of your information for referral administration and marketing communications

• You confirm that referred individuals have consented to be contacted

• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

• Kirana Colleges’ handling of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy.

10. Verification and Compliance

• Kirana Colleges reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of referrals, enrolments, and eligibility

• Disqualify any participant who submits false, misleading, or non-compliant information

• Disqualify referrals that do not meet these Terms and Conditions

• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kirana Colleges excludes all liability for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected referrals

• Technical failures or system unavailability

• Variations in gift value

• Any tax liability incurred by participants

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Gift

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
